Thank you!!!!!!

I would just like to say a MASSIVE thank you for the amazing turn out on Friday night.  It was very moving to see so many parents, carers, teachers and pupils in our school hall and canteen raising money for such a wonderful cause.

Because of your amazing generosity we managed to raise a incredible £730!!!

This money will go towards rebuilding the school grounds and buying a minibus to help transport children from outside villages to their school.

I'd like to say another big thank you to Katy Farrell and Anna Watson in 6F who ran the face painting stall unassisted for the entire event.  They were incredibly mature and professional and I am very appreciative of the time they gave up to help Gambia.

Thank you once again for all your hard word and support, it is very much appreciated.

Gambia Circus Fun Day!

Last Friday there was a fair in our school .We had lots of games and fun at the school fair.We had lots of families coming to the school fair.We were raising money for our link school in Gambia.

These are a few of the activities that were there:

• Beat the goalie!
• Face painting!
• Splat the Rat!
• Huck a Duck!
• Pin the tail on the crocodile!
• Name the leopard!
• Spot Gambia!

Everyone enjoyed the games and their enthusiasm was amazing! We cannot believe how many people turned up, we had such a fantastic time and lots of parents participated. Miss Cordon wants to say a big thank you to everyone who turned up and took part! Your generosity is really appreciated! Thank you!!!
